The following payment terms apply:
• All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
• Payment is due in full at the time of purchase, unless a payment plan has been expressly arranged and documented in writing.
• We accept all major credit and debit cards as supported by Stripe.
• Your card statement will reflect a charge from Complete Solutions, LLC or Men's Consistency Code.
• We do not store your full credit card number. Payment data is handled and encrypted directly by Stripe.
Payment Plans & Financing: Where a payment plan or financing arrangement has been agreed upon in writing, a 5% annual financing rate applies to any outstanding balance. Failure to make scheduled payments may result in suspension of access and referral of the unpaid balance to a third-party collections agency. You will be responsible for all associated collections costs. Full financing terms are outlined in the Coaching Agreement signed at enrollment.
Due to the digital and immediately accessible nature of our products, the following refund policy applies:
Digital Downloads (PDFs, eBooks, Resources):
• All sales of downloadable digital products are final. No refunds are offered once the product has been delivered or accessed.
Online Courses:
• Purchases of online courses are eligible for a refund within 3 calendar days of purchase, provided the course has not been substantially accessed (less than 20% of content viewed).
• After the 3-day window or once substantial content has been accessed, all sales are final.
Coaching Programs:
• Coaching program terms are governed by the signed Coaching Agreement & Liability Waiver, which contains its own refund and cancellation terms.
To request a refund within an eligible window, contact us at [email protected] with your order details. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
If you choose to correspond with us through email, we may retain the content of your email messages together with your email address and our responses. We provide the same protections for these electronic communications that we employ in the maintenance of information received online, mail and telephone. This also applies when you register for our website, sign up through any of our forms using your email address or make a purchase on this site. For further information see the email policies below.
